Mooring/Dry Sailing Options Available

-             Dry Sail from the Club

-             Wet Sail – mooring off the shore of the Club

-             Dry Sailing from Lakeside Inn

-             Make your own arrangement        

If wet sailing from club or mooring at the club, bring a mooring and 20-25’ of line and a good anchor.  Mucky bottom.  Danforth anchors are unreliable.

Support Boats

-             Can launch at the club up to 90 minutes before the first warning and after all sailboats have been launched.

-             Overnight storage is available on land, yes, trailers may be stored at Tourist Park overnight.

-             Restrictions on the above?  Just follow the Iowa Boating Laws.  Big thing is under 10 MPH when within 300 feet of shore or within 250 feet of another boat.
