Dave Perry Day at Harken

Join us for the first presentation of the 2024 Bill Bentsen Rules Initiative. Sunday, January 28th at Harken, the ILYA Education & Outreach Committee, ILYA Safety Committee and the ILYA Sailing Directors Council will join forces to provide you the opportunity to learn from Dave Perry. The day is for our youth and adult sailors, coaches, parents and sailing school directors and Race Committee. Dave will meet with our youth and coaches 10:00 to noon while Emlie Veinot and Mark Sigel lead a collaborative session on youth issues for the parents and sailing school directors. In the afternoon, Dave will entertain you (and he is knowledgeable but amusing) with Tactics - for all ages and levels of sailing. The last session of the day is race committee for all levels. Yes, this is a playoff weekend but we will try to work that in. Your fee covers lunch and/or dinner throughout the day's event. - Added - Tour of Harken 9:00 AM with Bill Goggins and Matt Schmidt
