The ILYA presents John Strassman, renowned internationally-experienced Race Officer. John will teach a practical course on race committee work on inland lakes. Participants of all skill levels may attend. John will teach signal boat function, mark setting, starting and finish line techniques, GPS/distance calculations. In addition a phone app called Buoy Zone will be discussed by ILYA RC. The course will be held at Clear Lake, IA lakefront. Lunch will be provided.
